These Changes Create a Turn-Key Solution for the IBs and Account Managers Who Are Crucial to Our Business, Says Didier Essemini, CEO

NEW YORK — Finotec Group, Inc. (OTCBB: FTGI), an on-line foreign exchange company whose UK subsidiary, Finotec Trading UK Limited, is regulated by the FSA in the United Kingdom, has announced a series of new product enhancements to its on-line trading platform. Among these improvements are new modules that will enable IBs (Introducing Brokers) and account managers to better manage all types of client accounts offered by Finotec, ranging from forex, commodities and CFDs to options and spread-betting. In addition, IBs will find it easier to obtain important information on their own accounts in a user-friendly manner.

“At Finotec, we have long recognized the crucial role that IBs and account managers play in our business,” says Didier Essemini, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Finotec Group, Inc. “We hope that these significant system enhancements will not only make it easier for our current IBs to better serve their own clients but will also attract new IBs to Finotec.”

The benefits of Finotec’s proprietary trading platform include a strong fully-integrated risk management and client relationship management system

However, since this is a relatively new technology, there are many quality related issues to be dealt with. Many of these issues arise owing to the use of packet switched networks.

A significant problem that is associated with a VoIP system is the delay in packet transmission. This delay results in echo and talk overlaps. An echo is usually caused if the round trip delay of the signal from the destination back to the source is more than 50 milliseconds. In packet switched network, given the number of routers and networks a voice packet has to traverse, the delay can be considerable for long distance calls. Modern VoIP systems therefore implement echo control and cancellations methods to deal with the problem. Another problem caused with packet delays is talk overlaps. This problem occurs if the packet delay in any direction exceeds 250 milliseconds.

Apart from delays, another problem associated with VoIP networks is jitter. Jitter is caused by the inter-packet delay in the network.

This wasn?t to be just another GM

This wasn?t to be just another GM division mind you as Saturn was created as a separate import fighting company meant to take on the likes of Toyota and Honda. By 1990, the first Saturn cars rolled off a bucolic Tennessee countryside assembly line signaling a new cooperation between workers and management. Immediately, the funky little ?S Series? of sedans, wagons, and coupes were a hit and GM was soon lauded for taking a bold initiative.

Today, Saturn is much different from the brand that took on Japan?s top automakers. Instead of being a separate, wholly owned car company the make is now one of General Motors? many automotive divisions. The S Series sold well and the introduction of subsequent models helped the brand, but ultimately parent GM decided to pull the company within the General?s fold as it chose to close down Oldsmobile instead.

You throw your oatmeal powder

You throw your oatmeal powder in the tub, throw in some oil, jump in, and you become like a giant bowl of oatmeal, except without the synthetic sugar additives. It doesn’t smell great but it actually helps with dry skin.

After ruling out a medical condition, the best thing I’ve ever found for dry, itchy, flaky skin is an Zenmed, Autopalm and Skin E dip, all-natural remedies that many people have found extemely useful to counteract dry skin problems.

HONDA’S Insight has reaffirmed its status as the most affordable hybrid car on the market with a brand new PCP offer. Drivers can now get behind the wheel of the Insight SE for Pounds 199 per month.

The Insight SE comes with 15-inch alloy wheels, CD audio system, climate control air conditioning, electric folding door mirrors, electric windows, steering wheel-mounted audio controls, Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) and 408-litres of boot space (seats up).

Tom Gardner, head of marketing – Cars for Honda (UK), said: “Introducing this latest finance package is just another string to the Insight’s affordability bow.

“It helps customers spread the payments, while also benefiting from the low outright purchase price and low running costs.

“The finance offer should also mean the Insight appeals to an even wider audience than before.”

As well as the lower on-the-road price and value-for-money PCP, the Insight boasts high residual values, fuel economy of 64mpg (SE combined) and exemption from the London Congestion charge.

Remember to use it only on animals

Remember to use it only on animals that the product is intended for, as some products can be harsh, especially when it comes to cats! Depending on the size of your pet, proper usage or dosing may be different for the size and species of animal. Also when it comes to bath time, the water temperature should be kept only slightly warm or even cool because your dog may overheat easily. What feels warm to you may be too warm for your dog.

The best way to start is by getting the neck fully wet down to the skin and leave most of the body dry at this point. Apply the product and lather thoroughly around the neck as this prevents fleas from gathering at the eyes, ears, and face where it is difficult to apply the shampoo safely. After you have done the neck and head area, wet the rest of the body, let it sit for a few minutes and then shampoo thoroughly.

Hence, geographical barriers are broken. Prevention of bias

Hence, geographical barriers are broken.

Prevention of bias and inequality

After contact is established between an employee and an employer, the internet ensures that there is quick exchange of information between them. All the candidates are treated equally and merit is the basis on which a person gets a job. Therefore, the process is fair and employees are not victims of personal bias and preferences. Only quality candidates are interviewed through this method. Similarly, since there is no regulation on which companies are allowed to post job listings, big and small companies are alike and can search for qualified candidates through the same medium.

The preparation of resumes and the posting of jobs, the interview calls and the salary negotiations-the procedure involved in hiring remains the same. The internet just ensures that the process is more efficient and beneficial for both the employees and the employers.

Most importantly, this entire process is for free. You do not need to pay any money to post resumes and be a part of the job market.

USA: Lasik laser eye surgery – popular low cost alternative

0 Comments | Al Bawaba, Jun 18, 2009

Since the Lasik procedure emerged nearly two decades ago, millions of myopia and astigmatism sufferers have permanently tossed their glasses and contact lenses aside. The procedure costs between $1,000 and $2,500 per eye, and this price tag has made it a popular and economic alternative to the estimated $20,000 lifetime cost paid by an average 25-year-old contact lens wearer.

Lasik – laser in-situ keratomileusis – is a painless outpatient procedure that uses a computer-guided laser beam to reshape the cornea and ultimately correct people’s vision. The 15-minute procedure requires no incisions, no stitches and boasts rapid recovery times. In the United States alone, over one million patients have already undergone Lasik eye surgery.

While complications during the surgical procedure itself are generally rare-averaging one in every 5,000-the procedure does carry risks. Lasik has been linked to reduced vision, blindness and other eye injuries. A 2008 American Journal of Ophthalmology report found that 28% of eyes treated with Lasik required additional surgeries less than ten years after the initial surgery due to undercorrection, overcorrection, or regression. If detected early, however, complications can be fixed and proper vision can be restored. The FDA, which has investigated patient complaints over the procedure in recent months, has told doctors, clinics and others promoting the surgery to inform consumers about the surgery’s risks in their advertisements
